• Create bespoke and client-centric bid submissions and presentations – incorporating creative copywriting and innovative content ideas to stand out from the crowd.
• Project manage the internal bid process including the preparation, content development and delivery of tailored submissions and subsequent Information memorandums for significant projects.

• Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence.
• Attend and participate in project briefing and bid kick-off meetings.
• Assisting in the development of the opportunity pipeline and prepare client progress reports on campaigns.

Our Assistant Managers are more than just Front Office focused managers. They are across the whole hotel operations and work closely with the FOM and GM to ensure we provide the best service to our guests.

What will you be doing?

• Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel team

• Develop a world class research and insights function for Employment Hero.

Requirements
