Our client is looking for experienced and driven Cafe Managers to lead their teams. We have positions across the entire Perth Metro Area therefore, a role could be close to you! Dont delay, apply today!! To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, busy, café / restaurant environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Sound knowledge of all front-of-house duties
Experience with writing rosters preferred
Ability to manage staff shifts and breaks
Excellent customer service and a can-do attitude is essential
Exposure to coding of invoices and knowledge of POS/ till systems
It would help if you had full availability across a fortnightly roster where shifts will be equally shared between the hours of 5:30 am opens and 9 pm closes.
