As a vital member of our team your role will ensure a seamless dining experience for all customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing a warm and welcoming customer service experience, consistently exceeding expectations.
Recruitment, training, and staff management skills
Share your knowledge and passion by training our dedicated team, elevating service standards to new heights.
Manage wine and beverage lists, control stock levels, timely ordering, and budgeting.
Manage smooth flow of service and communication between the kitchen and front of house.
Showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting tailored event packages, delivering extraordinary moments for guests celebrating special occasions.
Keeping product details, pricing, and information up to date.
Ability to organise rostering, staff breaks and the management of staff time off.
Manage a team of staff with timeliness and an eye to tight wage control.
Regularly reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.
Be part of a workplace that values and respects its staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Unleash your marketing prowess by teaming up with our brand team to promote our restaurant, create and host events, and assist with our Flight Club memberships.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
Flexibility with your availability.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Approved Managers Certification
Ability to streamline our operations with your expertise in managing the Point of Sale (POS) system.
