Our client, River Cruz Cafe Bundaberg QLD, is looking to employ a Restaurant Manager in multiple positions at River Cruz Cafe. The positions will be full-time, with a salary ranging from 60-80K AUD per annum plus superannuation, which will be negotiable to the right candidate.
You will be required to do the following duties:
->Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
->Manage bookings and function and organising set menus for special occasions
->Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement
->Assists in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require
->Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing, authorities, sales representatives etc.
->Handle customer inquiries and complaints
->Recruiting, training and supervising staff
->Monitor and maintain the Micros POS System
->Handling administration and paperwork
->Agreeing and managing budgets
->Overseeing stock levels
->Ordering supplies
->Producing staff roster
->Manage workload and ensure an effective working environment and maintain excellent standards to
meet operational expectations
To be considered for this role you should:
->Be willing to relocate if you are interstate or in other cities.
->Be available on both days at weekends and be able to work split shifts.
->Proven experience as a restaurant manager or relevant role.
->Certificate in relevant field
->Have at least 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager
->Ability to work in a team.
->Very good communication skills.
