About the Role

We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a customer centric Regional Service Manager, based in Melbourne, who is focused on building strong relationships and driving outcomes for our customers whilst providing motivational leadership to the team.

This role will see you retain responsibility for providing an excellent client experience for all Headland Services to all Headland clients within the designated region. You will be responsible for ensuring the most effective utilisation of resources, planning and scheduling considering both costs and quality in line with our contractual obligations. This role gives you the opportunity to utilise your existing knowledge to identify and action any process and procedural improvements that will be of benefit for Headland, our people and our clients. Along with the operational elements of the role you will also be responsible for people development and financial management. This includes recruiting, facilitating development and feedback meetings and training.

The salary on offer is between $110,000 – $140,000 per year.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have sound technical/Engineering understanding of Service Delivery, this will be backed by an Engineering Degree, Diploma or Trade with related experience. You will have previous involvement working with similar machine tool or capital equipment servicing, as well as the ability to work autonomously to achieve business targets. You will also have had experience of technical field staff management, building teams, holding difficult conversations, coaching others, managing conflict and negotiating successful outcomes. Above all you will be a natural born leader who goes above and beyond, while looking for new, effective and innovating ways to lead a services business which becomes recognised by clients and internal staff as the best in the industry.
