Due to the company’s continuing growth, we are seeking a copywriter to join our South Sydney Team. This is an opportunity to work alongside market leaders and accelerate your career. You will:
- Create bespoke and client-centric bid submissions and presentations – incorporating creative copywriting and innovative content ideas to stand out from the crowd.
- Project manage the internal bid process including the preparation, content development and delivery of tailored submissions and subsequent Information memorandums for significant projects.
- Assist with reviewing, editing, and developing content, including but not limited to, executive summaries, team profiles and case studies - sourcing relevant content internally to support the requirements of each bid.
- Provision of financial / cash flow modelling for industrial assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
- Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises.
- Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence.
- Attend and participate in project briefing and bid kick-off meetings.
- Assisting in the development of the opportunity pipeline and prepare client progress reports on campaigns.
