We provide reliable, trustworthy, quality care and support and living options across At Home Support, retirement living and residential care.

Our teams manage the clinical and ongoing care management for our clients,  This includes comprehensive assessment, clinical management and support, coordinating delivery and brokerage of services within the package budget and communicating with family and other service providers as required.
  
As The Local Area Manager: 


You will be accountable for the growth of the At Home Support business through identifying business development opportunities, coordinating marketing and assisting with the development and implementation of existing and new services.
Provide leadership and supervision for the day-to-day activities of the local At Home Support team. You will have teams throughout Far North Queensland, (Cairns, Mackay, Townsville & Rockhampton)
Provision of high-quality services providing governance and clinical support.
Champion the consumer-directed model of care in response to the changing expectations of customers
Promote Bolton Clarke and maintain positive relationships in the community, government and contract holders
Develop, manage and monitor Homecare budgets, expenditure and debtors
Manage a diverse workforce and develop a strong future focused team culture


What we need from you:

 


A proven track record at a similar management level in Community or Aged Care
Experience in managing and implementing a change agenda
Current AHPRA Nursing registration
Strong financial acumen and reporting capabilities within a service delivery framework
Advanced business acumen with business management qualifications highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate innovative and customer centric strategies
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
High level knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks or ability to quickly acquire this
Ability to establish and foster relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business growth
Travel between your sites throughout Far North Queensland (Cairns, Mackay, Townsville & Rockhampton 
Police Check (or willingness to undertake the check)
Up to date Flu vaccinations or willingness to obtain
Up to date Covid vaccination or willingness to obtain
