As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success. This particular role will manage one of our largest Marquee customers within ANZ in the Metals & Mining Industry, with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. Purpose of your role

As the Engineering & Platform Manager, Cloud and Data, you will lead a team of cloud and data engineers to deliver technology platforms for OFX. The Payroll Officer role is the newest addition to our in-house Global payroll team. Reporting to our Global Payroll Manager in Melbourne, you will be joining our People and Culture (P&C) team that fosters collaboration and diversity. You will be responsible for meticulously and promptly preparing and processing the monthly payrolls, with a dedicated emphasis on the Australian region. Your role will involve ensuring the payrolls are error-free and completed on schedule, guaranteeing accuracy and timely delivery. The Purpose:

You will be taking on a 12-month role as a Product Manager for Retail Payments within our Retail Payments team. You will be responsible managing products and services across its lifecycles within the Retail Payments portfolio. This involves product management and performance monitoring of debit card issuing, channel enablement and upcoming retail products. • Contribute to the design and implementation of Retail Payments products and services to facilitate the scaling and management of our products and services. 
• Support prioritisation of new ideas and initiatives for Retail Payments product development that the message is effectively conveyed.
• Work with Compliance and Certification teams to manage product lifecycle and compliance activities.
• Engage with key external stakeholders (e.g. customers, industry bodies, and service providers) as required and in conjunction with other key AP+ representatives on specific topics or issues relating to your product portfolio.
• Manage inbound inquiries and interest from third party organisations.
• Work with other parts of the AP+ organisation to explore and execute on opportunities to integrate with other AP+ capabilities.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management.
• Demonstrable experience in positive stakeholder management and sound relationship management of third parties.

What a day in this role will look like:

• Lead the ICT and Security design and delivery on projects, responsible for project costing, client engagement and briefing, development of technical solutions, documentation of design and specifications, and liaising with contractors during construction.
• Technical design of ICT and Security systems including communications passive infrastructure (structured cabling systems), IT Network (LAN, WAN, VoIP, Wireless), and electronic security systems, including CCTV, Electronic Access Control, intruder alarm, perimeter intrusion detection, Type 1A Security Alarm Systems, and Cyber Security.
• Collaborate with the local Buildings and Places team and national AECOM Technology Advisory group on a diverse range of projects in sectors including health, education, aviation, defence and justice.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members and build your own career through professional development and training.

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager duties will include;

• Providing leadership and support to our F&B team, empowering them to create exceptional experiences for our guests
• Developing your team and coaching them on internal procedures and service culture
• Liaising with all internal stakeholders to allow for the effective operation of our Restaurant & Bar
• Be a 'Service Spotter' ensuring the Restaurant & Bar environment is well maintained, clean and everything is ready for service
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
