MEET THE TEAM
Our Operations Teams are the subject matter experts keeping our business moving forward every day. Combining strategic thinking, administration excellence, proactive problem solving and more, you’ll work across every corner of the business – to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impact and revolutionise the way we work.

Reporting to the CEO, LEAP APAC – you will work directly with our partners to create and implement on-going marketing and sales programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Development and implementation of the yearly strategic partnership plan which may include advertising, conferences & events including in-house webinars and seminars, membership discount schemes, speaking opportunities and joint collateral.
  • Transformation of old sponsorship strategy into a 'strategic partnership' plan with a deeper relationship with associations to penetrate membership base
  • Establish new relationships and seek out new partnership opportunities to ensure coverage of high priority segments and new products as needed by the business.
  • Hold key relationships with industry associations with overall objective of leveraging association membership base to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Initiate on-going conversation and interaction between IT and associations foster relationships and increase brand favourability with high-level industry influencers.
  • Negotiation of partnership agreements (both renewal and new) with industry associations to drive new and referral business, generate new leads and retain current customer.
  • Strategise and implement conferences & events from creative, brief, to execution
  • Ensure smooth execution of events (with the help of marketing assistant) which may include designing of booth space, logistics/courier
  • Ensure all attending external conference are properly briefed via Fact Sheet ensuring IT attendees agree on business objectives
  • Implement new and improved processes to aid assessment of partnership opportunities, measure ROI and record feedback with aim to avoid ambiguity and help structuralise decision making process
  • Maintain positive relationships with industry associations in the legal, corporate and practice management industries
  • Be the go-to person for all partnership related queries for internal stakeholders and external associations
  • Provide recommendation, collate feedback, assess/consider all internal stakeholder comments for all partnership proposals before deciding to proceed or decline.
  • Working closely with Content and Digital Manager to ensure coverage and generate interest/awareness from potential Clients for Partners.
  • Ensuring partnership entitlements are fully utilised
  • Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, and certified LEAP Partner Network consultants
  • Identify and resolve issues, complaints, and enquiries from team members, clients and LEAP Partner Network
  • Manage LPN documentation, policies and procedures (internal and external team members) including assisting with the preparation of resource and training materials
  • Monitor certified consultants’ pipeline and delivery of work to maintain certification
  • Report figures to the CEO on a weekly basis
  • Organise & implement required training, presentations and events
  • Provide onsite and online training with the LEAP Partner Network covering all functionality in the LEAP software and processes, including Salesforce accuracy
  • General Troubleshooting


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Exposure to Legal Sector either from a financial or file management perspective
  • Experience in Bookkeeping and/ or accounting
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand and recommend solutions within the scope of the software and Partner Network role
  • Ability to present training sessions and deliver business plans to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Self-motivated to innovate within the job and look for new opportunities both within the team and with the Partner Network
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external teams to drive business outcomes
