A new role has been created within our Customer Reporting team that combines customer experience with program delivery. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our client reporting and requires an ability to both build and innovate.

The Investments Reporting Delivery Lead will be responsible for execution and maintenance of client reporting projects. The role requires both business analysis and project management, with responsibilities extending to scoping, project planning, stakeholder management, business collaboration and execution of the Reporting roadmap. It will include identifying client requirements, streamlining existing processes, exploring reporting solutions and coordinating current day-to-day reporting obligations.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within the Investment environment, a passion for improving the customer experience, an ability to problem-solve and strong attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management of key reporting projects, like streamlining existing reports, extending fund fact sheets, assessing client requirements, creating reporting templates and design alignment.
  • Business and process analysis to support research that underpins our projects, and drive efficiencies within our report production environment
  • Supporting, finetuning and maintaining the new reporting schedule as we move from project launch to business-as-usual.
  • Actively contribute to the reporting team strategy and roadmap.
  • Client advocate in all aspects relating to reporting and customer experience.

What you need to have:

  • Degree qualified or experience in Finance, Investment Management or Operations or related field. A suitable post graduate qualification, such as CFA, CIMA or Masters in a relevant discipline would be desirable
  • 7+ years investment industry experience 
  • Knowledge of investment management and/or investment operations processes and systems
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects through the entire project lifecycle
  • Experience assessing business/client requirements and process mapping.
  • Demonstrate skills of project management & delivery.
  • Strong customer obsession and desire to improve customer experience
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) - documentation, negotiation, organisational and relationship skills
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and points of views
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
