Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager duties will include;
- Providing leadership and support to our F&B team, empowering them to create exceptional experiences for our guests
- Developing your team and coaching them on internal procedures and service culture
- Liaising with all internal stakeholders to allow for the effective operation of our Restaurant & Bar
- Be a 'Service Spotter' ensuring the Restaurant & Bar environment is well maintained, clean and everything is ready for service
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
