Together with carsales this is your opportunity to join our carsales Product Group, this newly created role will work on a new product and new line of business for carsales. This multi-faceted, high-intensity role will see you driving key elements of the product and evolving an existing market and consumer experience - all while achieving product excellence and being a consumer advocate.
- Develop and support solutions that deliver a Customer centric and commercial mindset. You are an advocate for users but can balance this out with business targets and objectives.
- Specialisation and focus on Technology and Platform Products for usage by technical teams and Technology Businesses. Preferrably SaaS Products
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise in researching and establishing true consumer/market problems and defining the ‘why’.
- Leading and organising delivery of complex, multi-team Technology Products to tight time frames with varied stakeholders and business drivers
- An ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, whilst still paying attention to the tiniest of details
- Building, leading and continuously developing an autonomous, self-organizing Squad with a culture of high performance and accountability.
- You are an influencer who can build strong and productive relationships across all levels of the business
