As our Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact and security for all visitors to the NEXTDC facilities. Championing the NEXTDC values, you will play a pivotal role in our world class customer experience.

• Greet all visitors to NEXTDC in a timely, friendly and professional manner
• Facilitate entry to, and exit of, the data centre in accordance with NEXTDC’s security policies and procedures

As a Azure Engineer, you will be a part of a public cloud engineering team dedicated to improving and supporting our managed services customer environments. The team provides expert support and works towards ensuring our customers experience improved reliability and security over time.

In this role, you will be working with our service desk and experienced cloud engineers in your team to resolve customer requests, respond to alerts, implement changes and proactively monitor customer cloud environments.

We are looking for someone with IT service-desk and customer experience who wants to kick start their career as a cloud engineer. About the Role:

As a Software Engineer in our P1C Application Development team, you will work on software development and day-to-day tasks related to card processing technology. This includes developing software applications, writing technical specifications, collaborating with business analysts and other teams, and providing support to clients globally.
