$70,000 – $105,000 per year
Due to rapid company growth, this Engineering/Fabrication company in the heart of Albury are seeking a Project Engineer to join the team.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for your projects that you are assigned, to ensure that your projects are completed on-time and within their budget (or better).
You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of your project, including arranging the drawings, steel, freight, surface covering (galvanising / paint) and liaising with our clients.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating drawings, steel delivery, freight, and surface covering for your projects.
Coordinate fabrication of jobs with workshop team.
Negotiations with suppliers and customers.
Identify variations and reporting requirements.
General office administration.
Required skills:
Previous experience in project coordination/ Project engineer.
Steel industry experience essential.
An engineering qualification and / or a metal trade background essential.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
A current driver’s license.
An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate depending on experience.
