About this Role:

As Senior Mobility Engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Escalation point of contact for customers and team members

Birdeye, a next-generation business reputation and customer experience platform that reimagines how customer feedback is used to acquire and retain connected customers, is looking for a rockstar Up-Market Account Executive for our mid-market, commercial and, eventually, enterprise businesses. Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by finding and closing business in our Mid-market and commercial segments.
• Close complex deals involving multiple C-Suite decision-makers and stakeholders
• Working with your team to build custom presentations/demonstrations of our product for prospective clients
• Running effective proof-of-concept campaigns to prove Birdeye's value

What you'll be doing

• Working with Product and Architects to take business needs and design/architect technical solutions.
• Working with your team to support other engineers by providing technical advice and creative problem solving
• Identifying bugs, capturing information, and following internal processes (JIRA) to solve problems, and reduce technical debt
• Lead by example by creating clean, high-quality code that is well thought out and documented.
