Cold Storage Supervisor | Grow within a WA-owned family run business Hays has partnered with a family run beef and lamb processing and exporting business to find a Senior Cold Storage Supervisor to join their team. This role is a permanent position based in Osborne Park and requires a high level of positive communication and drive, so stakeholder management skills and rapport-building abilities will be looked on just as favourably as technical skills. What you will be required to do:
Supervise and coordinate all cold store activities
Supervising receipt of goods, stock rotation and dispatch, including completing paperwork
Collaborating with internal departments
Ensuring maximisation of available resources to assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
Coaching and training of cold store staff
Ensuring compliance with all statutory, WHS and Quality standard
What you need to succeed:
3 years' experience in a similar role
Warehouse Operations certificate
High Risk Forklift licence
Extensive knowledge in scheduling and production planning
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
