With our office views overlooking the Swan river, our team is a group of high performing, self-motivated and driven individuals that collaborate unbelievably well as a team, often servicing the same customers across blue or white collar services, always helping one another to fill jobs. Responsible for sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates for various positions and growing existing and new business, in this role, you will work closely with clients and candidates, understanding their recruitment requirements, and providing them with tailored staffing solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be crucial to your success.  We have opportunities across blue and white collar, so depending on your expertise we will assess at interview stage. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing expert advice. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Blue or White Collar Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of recruitment services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates. Requirements: Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant Fundamental knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, and regulations. Proven track record in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
