The Opportunity We are on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Senior Project Engineer that is looking to take the next step in their career.  Reporting to the Engineering Manager (Subsea Services), this role will provide general engineering and managerial support to the Subsea Services engineering division and support the safe planning and execution of project work, the development and submission of tenders and guide and mentor more junior engineers to assist in skill and knowledge development. Your day to day may include: Leveraging your experience to provide expert project and design engineering support and leadership to a range of coastal, offshore, and subsea engineering, installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, stabilisation and operation scopes, in the oil and gas and renewables sectors in Australia, NZ, SE Asia, the Middle East and across the globe. Work with the Engineering Manager & Project Managers to define the engineering work needed to be conducted for projects. Assign day to day engineering design tasks to Project and Graduate Engineers and Designers to meet varied project and internal engineering requests and monitor progress against schedules and deadlines. Develop and review engineering deliverables generated within the discipline, ensuring they are to a high professional standard and in accordance with MMA and Client’s technical, quality and safety requirements.
