Purpose of your role

Purpose of the role

The Role:

As the Finance Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role - what you’ll do

We are seeking a new General Manager to lead our APAC region, which includes the direct leadership of the sales function. Reporting to our CRO, Glen Foster (https://www.linkedin.com/in/glenfoster1/ ) who is based in London, you'll run a team of revenue generation specialists with the support of small leadership team who head up Account Management & Customer Success, New Business and Business Development. You'll also have a small Marketing team and a People and Finance team to support on a day to day basis.

Understands how to lead a multi-functional sales team; ideally should have experience leading the pre- and post- sale commercial function(s) in a hyper-growth environment (+40-50% YoY growth).
• Strong understand of SAAS metrics and KPIs as well as levers to improve performance of key metrics over time

About the Role

The Marketing Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Ofload’s marketing team to drive the growth of the Ofload brand.
