Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or similar
An understanding of aged care, accessibility standards and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated experience leading and implementing laundry and cleaning services programs within a complex organisation.
3+ years in Aged, Healthcare, or Hotel organizations, showcasing relationship-building and influencing abilities.
Proven track record of effectively communicating and driving programs across multiple sites.
Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining high standards for quality care and support services.
