Procurement Manager - Indirects - Global Services Company Job Description This global services company provides support to the major resources clients in Australia. They are now looking for a Procurement Manager - Indirects, to join head office in Balcatta on a permanent basis. Key duties:
Undertaking the leadership of procurement projects during the bids and mobilisation stages, with the allocation of project management responsibilities for the allocated tenders.
Sound knowledge of business case presentation and communication skills with the ability to professionally negotiate and achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements of the role:
Well-developed skills to support the effective completion of the source to contract process.
Customer focused, and excellent influencing and negotiation skills teamed with the ability to understand key stakeholder requirements and build strong relationships.
Demonstrated experience in change management and implementing business process.
Ideally knowledgeable or experienced in contract administration and contract management.
Your qualities and skills:
Proven track record in procurement / supply chain and leadership with a demonstrated ability to increase efficiency, improve service, and effectively manage resources.
Considerable experience in Procurement and/ or Supply Chain function
Demonstrated experience of leading a range of procurement activities, ideally across construction, asset refurbishment and facilities management.
