Purpose of your role

We seek a proactive salesperson to lead large, complex, and solution-focused opportunities within the A&NZ markets. The Enterprise/Strategic Alliance focuses on partnering with established businesses who wish to expand their core offering to include FX as part of their CVP. This is an existing role with an established pipeline that will provide the right person a fast start to come in and make an impact quickly. Our core focus is within the embedded finance market, with key segments of

  1. Financial Services, for example, tier 2 ADIs or trade finance lenders and
  2. Payments Platforms, for example, accounting or equity platforms and embedded finance markets.

You'll work closely with our leadership team, senior decision makers and directly with the human lead dealing team to activate new consumer clients, taking ownership of our success and driving revenue to new heights. This is a chance to showcase your sales skills and be at the forefront of OFX’s growth.

What you do

  • Use your sales expertise to convert and activate existing strategic partner opportunities on a quarterly basis within the existing pipeline.
  • Scale the opportunities by efficiently developing and executing plans to onboard consumer and corporate clients via partnerships.  This is underpinned by continuously expanding and maturing the program and scaling our success to new heights.
  • Showcase your sales skills by presenting and explaining OFX's value proposition, products, and services to potential partners and clients, driving success and growth.
  • Collaborate with our Operations, Compliance, Technical and Product team to stay ahead of ahead of the curve.
  • Exceed KPI targets with your commitment to success, track and record your activity on accounts, and use your skills to support closing deals, driving success and growth for our team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with all levels of leaders across the business and various levels of the sales cycle to develop a valuable portfolio.
  • You will also have the ability to leverage your existing network to develop/sign direct referral partnerships that are more tactical in nature but provide a higher commission.
