In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our Executive Assistant Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, and Food & Beverage Manager, focusing on the seamless execution of Conferencing and Events across various spaces, including the Convention centre, Resort, and other venues. Your responsibilities will span guest relations, team supervision, financial management, equipment coordination, and ensuring top-notch food and beverage service. With a hands-on approach, you'll actively contribute to revenue growth, cost control, and overall customer satisfaction. From overseeing function setups to efficient inventory management, this role is dynamic and central to our guest experience.
