We are looking for an experienced trainer to design, develop and roll out customer service excellence training to our national frontline teams.

To be successful in this role you will display demonstrated understanding of Contact Centre CX concepts and a variety of interactions practices, quality initiatives, coaching and mentoring, internal sales and the unique demands of frontline staff.
In this role, you will:
- Determine the training requirements for various teams.
- Develop training materials including video tutorials, guidelines and SOP’s
- Determine instructional methods such as individual training, online, face to face, demonstrations, meetings and workshops
- Customer service training as well as personal development for employees
- Foster the highest level of customer service both internally and externally to contribute to customer growth and satisfaction
Essential criteria:
- Nationally recognised Certificate IV Training & Assessment or other relative discipline
- Previous experience in training in a similar role
- Be able to travel to deliver training
- Confidence in delivering training across all levels of the business
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications
Desirable criteria:
- Possess solid business acumen
- Have the experience to show proven results in performance improvement
- Proficiency in Genesys pure cloud application
