Responsibility
- Translation: Translate website content and CRM system interfaces from English to Portuguese while ensuring accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and user-friendliness.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on Portuguese-speaking local markets to analyze competitor activities, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable insights tailored to specific regions.
- Lead generation: Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
