• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness.

You will be responsible for:

• Apply thorough working knowledge of the front office operations to include the front desk, reception/cashiering procedures and reservations.

The People Experience Administrator is responsible for responding to general HR enquiries, maintaining employee records, and coordinating the onboarding process which involves ensuring new starters are set up in our HRIS system.

The main focus for the Purchasing Administrator is responsible for supporting the National Parts team with the branch networks’ daily purchasing requirements.
