This role will be part of the Complaints and Resolution Team and provides support to the Australian and New Zealand team with complaint registrations, data analysis and reporting and other administrative activities. $35-40/hour Initial 6 month contract North Sydney Your Responsibilities Monitoring and actioning Complaints & Resolution mailboxes Ensuring new complaints are registered and are coded correctly in the system and allocated to analysts Data analysis and reporting Assisting the team leader with new starter training and ongoing training requirements Providing feedback to the team leader in relation to the team and processes Continuous improvement of end-to-end administrative processes and activities About You 3 years+ administration experience 1 years + insurance experience, ideally in claims or complaints Proficient system user and process-orientated Business acumen skills and understanding of the fundamental components of a complaints department's operation and its associated data System/claims process technical knowledge Prioritisation and time management Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills
