We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly customer service extraordinaries who will be in an ‘all-rounder’ type role. Responsibilities include duties relating to:
- Hotel Porter including Valet Parking (a current driver's license is essential)
- Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls)
- Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests)
You will spend your days helping our guests with a variety of enquiries while promoting our hotel's services, the local attractions and all that Melbourne has to offer. We want you to help wow our guests with the Pullman Albert Park experience!
This is a flexible permanent part time role, offering between 8 - 38 hours per week.
