Key responsibilities:

• Establish event microsites (Bizzabo)
• Creating delegate badge checklists and cross-checking and assembling delegate badges

What will you be doing?

• Meeting the needs of inbound FIT reservations and groups from the taking of the inquiry, conversion of the business, assisting with organization of the group, through to ensuring successful on-site coordination of the group.

The Sales & Administration Coordinator is responsible for the first point of contact with the CTS business and will provide administrative support across the organization.
