The service fosters each child's self-esteem by encouraging activities based on their interests and development as individuals. They encourage children to become active learners through thinking, investigating, exploring and problem-solving. Their program is built on positive interactions, enriching experiences, and providing a safe, happy, and empowering environment. They are now keen to welcome an experienced, passionate, and motivated OSHC Coordinator / Nominated Supervisor to their service close to Punchbowl. Your new role As Nominated supervisor / educational leader / Programme Coordinator, you will be planning, working with the children on the floor and managing approximately 20+ children at OSHC / day & vacation care have maximum 60 childen / day along with a great team of passionate educators. You will show leadership in setting clear boundaries with the families and children regarding behaviour and expectations.

Relevant OSHC experience OR Certificate III or Diploma in early childhood education.
Minimum 2 + years of experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
Excellent social and communication skills.
Valid working with children's check and first aid certificate.


What you'll get in return

Working hours will be 7-9 am in Before-school care & 2:15- 6:15 pm in After-school hour care.
Work 30 hrs / week, offering $38 - $42 / hr depending on you.
