We are seeking a highly motivated Health & Injury Management Coordinator to join our winning team. The position will be permanent full-time, working a Monday to Friday roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing and maintaining the Injury Management and Rehabilitation Standard and procedures that assist injured personnel to return to work in a timely manner including early intervention programs, non-work-related support programs, claims reviews, high-risk case reviews. Ensuring corporate reporting requirements for injured workers are met at all levels. Developing and documenting the Mangoola Health Promotion and Wellbeing Programs including physical and mental health programs, and seasonal awareness and intervention strategies. Developing and implementing site workplace exposure monitoring  and fitness for work programs. Managing workers compensation and rehabilitation processes. Maintaining systems to manage the appropriate monitoring of employee exposure to industrial hazards. About you: You will have a thorough understanding of NSW statutory obligations relevant to Workplace Health and Safety. You will have a degree in an Allied Health Profession. You will have a certificate in Rehabilitation Coordination and previous experience with Workers Compensation cases. You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment. You demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to working proactively. You are a team player with a high level of safety awareness, an attitude for outstanding performance, and a willingness to contribute to a winning team.
