- Manage all aspects of Talent & Culture operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary communicator, liaising with managers and staff of all levels.
- Oversee and manage Talent & Culture systems including learning management, recruitment, and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the Executive Committee.
