We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support OTIS Technical teams across Western Australia.

About you

We are looking for a customer-focused candidate who will positively represent Otis for existing and prospective customers. 

You will be results-focused and continually seek to improve the provision of products/services to customers. Your role includes the ability to positively influence the customer's perception of Otis, primarily through strong customer service focus and delivery of premium service to enhance our position as a market leader.

This role reports to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Technician Field Incentive payments.

  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs).

  • Opening and closing of quoted "T" work, preparation of T Booking packages, and closing documentation for Finance for North Queensland.

  • Maintain and coordinate service tracking schedules, induction and license registers.

  • Assist Service Account Reps and Supervisors with reporting, quoting, ordering, customer liaison, and other administrative work.

  • Data entry of timesheets into the OSCA System.

  • Customer reporting for local & national customers (portal management).

  • Coordinate and drive monthly forecasting with Project and Service managers.

What you will need to be successful

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and have strong computer/IT skills.

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

  • The ability to meet set deadlines and prioritize activities where required.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

  • Focused and works well in a team.
