Based in West Melbourne, this company prides themselves on providing seamless, bulk supply chain solutions to their ever-growing client base. Your new role Daily tasks in the Logistics Coordinator role will include:
Accurate data entry
General warehousing duties, including forklift driving
Receiving and processing of invoices
Stock control and reconciliation
Customer liaison around freight and inventory
Transport bookings and raising consignment notes
Involvement in regular group meetings directed by senior management
What you'll need to succeed
A good knowledge of the transport industry
A current FL licence
Strong computer literacy
The ability to recognise operational improvements within the business
A strong team approach to your work
Flexibility when responding to change
Strong understanding of inventory control
Data entry experience in a freight forwarding capacity
