The role

As a Senior Payroll Officer at Retinue, you will be joining a growing team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. Leveraging your extensive experience in payroll processing, you will ensure that our clients' payroll operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with tax legislation.

You will not be responsible for calculating employee hours, rates of pay or entitlements, which we consider to be employment relations work and outside the scope of our payroll processing service. You will however be responsible for helping our clients make payroll processing less of a burden and making sense of complex ATO/tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that payroll processing is completed on time, is accurate, and with a focus on providing a hassle-free client experience.
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and reporting requirements of different states and territories.
• Complete superannuation reconciliations and lodgements
• Accurately report, manage and lodge payroll information through the Single Touch Payroll system.
• Resolve escalated payroll issues and queries, collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and external authorities when necessary.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation that may impact payroll processing.
• Provide supervision to junior team members, including offshore team members, to help foster their professional growth and development.
• Complete year-end payroll activities and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role, managing payroll for multiple clients ideally in a senior capacity.
• Xero payroll software experience is essential; experience of using other payroll systems will be considered favourably.
• In-depth knowledge of tax legislation to the extent it relates to payroll processing.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Investments Reporting Delivery Lead will be responsible for execution and maintenance of client reporting projects. The Purpose:

You will be taking on a 12-month role as a Product Manager for Retail Payments within our Retail Payments team. You will be responsible managing products and services across its lifecycles within the Retail Payments portfolio. • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with AP+ Strategy.
• Develop and monitor appropriate reports and dashboards for product performance. 
• Undertake analysis of Retail Payments products and services using product intelligence, market research and business data.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Retail Payments products and services to facilitate the scaling and management of our products and services. 
• Support prioritisation of new ideas and initiatives for Retail Payments product development that the message is effectively conveyed.
• Work with Compliance and Certification teams to manage product lifecycle and compliance activities.
• Engage with key external stakeholders (e.g. customers, industry bodies, and service providers) as required and in conjunction with other key AP+ representatives on specific topics or issues relating to your product portfolio.
• Manage inbound inquiries and interest from third party organisations.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management.
• Demonstrable experience in positive stakeholder management and sound relationship management of third parties.

• Build strong ongoing relationships with our clients at all levels of their business, understanding their pain points and ensuring their needs are met.
• Client Management - Manage allocated portfolio of customers, manage MBRs, QBRs and build joint development plans to grow the business.
• Engage in critical analysis of our client engagements, offer insights and propose strategies to improve performance.
• Interpret Ofload’s growth strategies, and work collaboratively with the product and operational department to achieve this.

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager duties will include;

• Providing leadership and support to our F&B team, empowering them to create exceptional experiences for our guests
• Developing your team and coaching them on internal procedures and service culture
• Liaising with all internal stakeholders to allow for the effective operation of our Restaurant & Bar

We're looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise to join Procore's Sales Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for applying an understanding of Procore's products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to strategic mid-market accounts. You'll focus on companies that can benefit from Procore's world-class project management tool for the construction industry. This position's primary function is new account acquisition, where you'll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.

This position reports to our Director, Enterprise Sales and will be based in our Sydney office.

What you'll do:

• Timely follow-up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
• Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts
• Provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested forecasts
• Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition communicated effectively to customers
• Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your customers
• Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up through emails, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements   

What we're looking for:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B, and a minimum of 4 years working in the Enterprise space
• Desire to sell into a new market for Procore
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
• Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales-based selling model
• Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
• Capacity and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to develop trusted relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
