The Purpose:

Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, your role will see you partner with a wonderful stakeholder group to deliver sourcing & attraction strategies to optimise and retain the best possible talent to meet the AP+ talent strategy through an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Your approach to Talent Partnering will be agile and flexible in a fast-paced fin-tech / payments environment, where each day you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribution.

The preferred candidate will:

  • Have robust Talent Acquisition experience working in a Payments or Fintech organisation.
  • A successful track record of direct sourcing candidates at all levels across the Payments & IT disciplines
  • Have a desire to be involved in project work that both directly & indirectly supports the TA function.
  • Be a pro-active self-starter, resourceful to find solutions to any challenge.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Have expertise using LinkedIn recruiter search tool for Direct sourcing.
  • Be passionate about driving an exceptional experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
