The Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Engagement within the Customer Experience function, the Community Manager is responsible for building, engaging, and maintaining the online community around the Employment Hero platform. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture our first online user community as a proof of concept and subsequently build out all wider user communities across Employment Hero user types and regions. 
• Initially moderate user-generated content and discussions (with subject matter support), ensuring adherence to community guidelines and maintaining a respectful and safe environment; subsequently building out the capability required to operate our communications in a customer centric and operationally efficient way. 
• Set up and drive engagement with users through appropriate channels to answer questions, provide assistance, and facilitate meaningful interactions including the set up of peer to peer servicing communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, customer success or related roles preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven track record of developing and launching a proof of concept and scaling proven concepts to thriving  business as usual channels and experiences, growing and engaging online communities and using analytics to track engagement and measure impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with users effectively, develop and execute strategic community engagement plans.
• Experience in project and/or change management. 
• Previous experience in customer support or advocacy roles is an advantage.

The Role

The Sales Operations Manager is a key member of the Client Engagement team. The role is responsible for supporting the Account Executives to deliver the program of work associated with the clients, driving account governance, and leading the execution of our sales operating model.

The role requires strong operational and governance management expertise, underpinned by a solid knowledge of the industry, the clients and Visa.  The role will report to the Director, AuNZSP Sales Excellence and will work collaboratively with the Account Executives and respective client teams.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will act as the key liaison point between Visa and our key clients, overseeing a wide range of projects and client requests, and ensuring that all activities across the various partnerships are carried out in accordance with the agreed sales operations and governance models and in adherence with the client incentive agreements.

In this role you will:

• Lead the execution of the account operating model (incl. the governance and operations meetings and processes we use to run accounts) both internally and with the client.

• Manage the tracking and delivery of partnership contract obligations, including responsibility for volume forecasting, incentive calculations and payments

• Liaise with client stakeholders to answer ad-hoc requests (including finance, product, marketing, strategy)

• Manage the governance of any applicable agreements connected to the client partnerships. This includes improving upon the design and implementation of the governance framework and operating model.

• Develop processes and program templates for responsibilities such as incentive activity plans, project management and tracking, issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder management.

• Manage the documentation and recording of all program activities, and management of reporting.

The Asia Pacific Fulfillment Operations Manager will support Block Logistics and Fulfillment efforts in Australia & Japan. A Typical Day

Messly is small, fast-growing company so each day is different. But if they was a ‘typical\ day, it might include:

• Joining a sales call with a prospective client to understand if Messly is a fit for them, and following up with a proposal and some pricing
• Running a training session for recruiters from a new client. That might be in their offices or on a video call. You’d give them a demo of the key features, and help them to set up their accounts on Messly.
• In between, you might pick up a few questions in your inbox from recruiters who have a question about using Messly, or call up a recruiter who you can see is struggling to have success on Messly
• Finally, ahead of the team meeting the next day you’ll spend an hour reviewing your action plan for an agency that’s struggling, collate some product feedback and prepare some data and charts for discussion with the team.

Working At Messly

You'll be our first hire in Australia, and a key part of the initial team. One of the founders is relocating to live in Sydney to run the Australian business, and you will be working closely with him on a day-day basis. The other founder will travel to Australia also as needed.

We will ensure you feel part of the wider team in the UK, as feeling part of a team is really important to everyone here. You’ll get to meet us on weekly team meetings on Zoom and you’ll be interacting with the UK every day via Slack too.

Messly is a fully remote company and has no fixed office, and this will not change in future. Part of your role will involve visiting client offices to run training or other meetings. We expect this to be around 2-3 times per month.

What can you expect?

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced tax professional to join Marsh McLennan (MMC) as a Tax Manager in Sydney or Melbourne. You will be a member of MMC’s Asia Pacific Tax team, reporting to the Regional Tax Lead, Pacific, based in Sydney. Working closely with MMC Tax colleagues in and outside the Asia Pacific region, you will be responsible for assisting with tax matters across all of MMC’s business activities in the Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and other relevant territories), including providing advice on application of direct and indirect taxes, revenue authority reviews/audits, key projects, and merger and acquisition transactions. 

Whilst this role will not include direct involvement in various tax filing requirements, you will be required to assist with reviewing tax reporting and compliance. You will also assist with risk control procedures as well as partnering closely with other MMC stakeholders to make desirable enhancements to the upskilling of the tax reporting and compliance capabilities embedded within the Controllership and wider business team.

We will count on you to:

• Provide tax advisory support and direction to various MMC colleagues on general tax matters in the Pacific region.

This includes supporting (where applicable) MMC’s tax filing positions, providing guidance on tax law changes, and tax implications for MMC’s M&A activities, restructuring initiatives, treasury funding issues, dividend flows, equity investment/capitalization issues, etc.

• Work closely with the business areas to provide tax guidance and support on corporate income tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and legal entity structures, developing a tax culture with the business and other functional areas (finance and non-finance).

• Support the quarterly and year-end group tax reporting processes for the Pacific MMC entities. Review the quarterly US GAAP income tax provisions prepared by Controllership which are reported to MMC Tax in the USA. Review and contribute to the determination of provisioning of open tax issues based on submissions made by Controllership.

• Review the tax returns and tax summary memorandums of the key Pacific MMC entities produced by Controllership and outsourced service providers in order to support the Controllership in determining appropriate tax filing positions, as well as to identify tax risks and opportunities.

• Manage regional tax reviews, audits and dispute resolution initiatives in conjunction with wider Finance group.

• Manage regional tax reviews, audits and dispute resolution initiatives in conjunction with Controllership.

• Work in conjunction with MMC’s global Transfer Pricing team to manage transfer pricing analysis of all intercompany transactions from a tax perspective and characterisation of services for tax purposes.

• Maintain a current awareness of local tax legislation and case law that would impact the company's operations and establish proactive plans accordingly, for both cash and financial tax reporting purposes.

• Provide appropriate levels of tax training to MMC colleagues, when required.

What you need to have: 

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related degree.

• 5-8 years of relevant tax experience (covering direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing), ideally gained from a public accounting practice and/or in-house tax positions.

• A proven track record of working on tax issues in the Pacific region. 

• An understanding of US tax principles and US GAAP will be advantageous. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing multiple stakeholders.

Purpose of your role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager, who will be an integral part of the Sydney OFX team. You will play an important part expanding revenue streams by qualifying and acquiring new leads across the Mid-Size Business Segment. You will focus on solution-based sales, to educate prospective clients on OFX's service and products. You will collaborate with internal sales and dealing staff to oversee current corporate progress.

BESIX Watpac are currently looking for State Quality Manager to join our NSW business working closely with our senior management across all of our projects to drive our quality objectives. Duties include:

• Proactively drive company safety policies, practices and procedures in compliance with OH&S legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of Quality Assurance Standards ISO 900
• Ensure coordination and adequate support in the implementation of the company’s Quality & Environmental policies is given to all levels of management and supervision, and to liaise directly with managers in the company to achieve the company’s stated objectives.
• Assist project managers with implementation of Quality & Environmental systems including Environmental Monitoring, Inspection and Testing regimes on projects and provide support and technical assistance to site.
• Provide recommendations for management review toward Systems/Operational improvement.
• Initiate and maintain Quality & Environmental system documentation including, manuals, procedures forms and project management plans.
• Coordinate the maintenance of company based information regarding acceptable Subcontractors/Suppliers, provide evaluations based on review of submitted documentation, or other approved criteria.
• Develop, establish and maintain a record storage system and the company Record Management System to meet Quality and statutory requirements.
• Establish and maintain a programme of internal quality & environmental management system auditing to measure and control effectiveness of the systems.

We’re looking for an APAC Brand Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing team to own, support and execute the global brand strategy across the region (primarily Australia & New Zealand). 

As the brand expert for APAC, you will work closely with other marketing teams such as ANZ Field, Industry and Product Marketing, global brand and audience teams, and external vendors as required.

You will report directly to the VP of Brand Marketing. This full-time position is a hybrid, hands-on role based in our Sydney office and requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week. This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract position and we are looking for someone to join our team immediately. 

What you’ll do:

• Own the validation, implementation and enablement of all global brand elements and campaigns in APAC. 
• Support an all-audience/omnichannel campaign in line with Procore’s corporate strategy, and serve as the APAC brand connector to other core marketing programmes.  
• Work closely with Field Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to map out local requirements, and with global teams to ensure alignment and scale of core brand programs and campaigns. 
• Co-develop and deliver brand-centric KPIs, and share results with the broader organisation via regular reporting to demonstrate how global brand programmes are having an impact regionally.
• Design and build scalable processes, in collaboration with local ANZ and global teams that enable the efficient and effective application of Procore’s brand to meet local market needs. 
• Lead external vendor support by owning the budgeting, recruitment, enablement, and ongoing management of agencies and freelancers across APAC, as required.
• Support ad hoc brand requests (social media, campaigns, PR, for example) in region.
• Contribute to planning and execution of APAC Groundbreak 2025. 

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience performing a Brand Marketing role
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• A “Get-Stuff-Done” attitude. Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and execute swiftly.
• Creatively minded and strong storyteller. Construction is a challenging industry to be creative. Can you push the boundaries and bring life to industry topics?
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in the SaaS/B2B/high-tech industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
