This role will suit someone with strong cost management experience, ready to take that next step into a senior position.
- Highly proficient in Pre Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates, Commercial Management, Variation & Claims Management
- Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan to the Client
- Manage and monitor project profitability and budgets
- Externalise within the local property market to raise company profile
- Assist with bid writing and negotiation of our contracts
- Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables, whilst ensuring governance is followed
- Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Managing Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers within the Defence team.
