The work Growth does spans from building exciting new growth-focused products & experiences, developing unique and creative growth loops and GTM tactics, launching 100s of experiments each quarter, through to building the global payments & subscriptions infrastructure that allows our 140M+ monthly users worldwide to access our premium products.
About the Monetisation Group
Responsible for supercharging revenue growth, the Monetisation group owns the strategy and roadmap to empower anyone to experience the full value of our paid products. We do everything from conducting research & analysis to accelerate monetisation internationally to introducing users to new paid features, enabling existing subscribers to make the most of their subscription, pricing and packaging initiatives.
The focus of the Upgrade Flow Personalisation team is to hyper-personalise our upgrade flows across all paid subscriptions at scale. We’re focused on deeply understanding the needs of our free users to help them discover the right paid plan for them, at the right time, contextually.
