In this 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, the Senior Analyst is a part of the Business Intelligence (BI) and Research stream of a broader Analytics Team, supporting a broad spectrum of business stakeholders by finding innovative connections through data mining and deep dive analysis. Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to continue to add value and make their journey remarkable.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations.

Delivery Management:

• Operationally manage multiple client journeys, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership:

• Drive sustainability by overseeing the long-term success and viability of your Basecamp (business unit).
• Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Adaptability and Innovation:

• Pivot when required to address evolving client needs and market trends.
