Our client, a household brand name in Australia, is embarking on a multi-year payroll and award interpretation journey and is seeking the services of Senior Business Analyst to help create a successful outcome for the business. What you'll be doing: Execute payroll process and system strategy with the alignment to standardizing, streamlining and automating processes to drive business efficiencies Collaborate with system vendors, local country teams, and payroll to implement payroll solution Be foremost expert on the payroll and award interpretation processes Facilitate workshops and elicit requirements from key stakeholder Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions/plans and prioritize future enhancements Support the execution of design sessions to optimize the process and system configuration to streamline the end-user experience Support new requests and/or system enhancements to drive continuous improvement Communicate updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as needed What experience you'll have: Excellent communication, organization, customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills are required with the ability to work effectively with third parties Extensive experience in enterprise payroll and award interpretation transformations (5 + years) Strong background in business process, any lean (Six Sigma) experience would he highly regarded Must be a team player, dedicated, and reliable Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion Good time management skills are required Must be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously Experience in a high-volume, high-intensity position is required with the ability to meet critical processing deadlines under tight time constraints Must have advanced experience with computer packages, applications, and other technical tools sets
