We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our core-technology division reporting to the Business Intelligence Team Lead, this role will be responsible for creating business intelligence artefacts for the wider business. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to understand reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions in a complex and demanding environment. You will partner closely with business and engineering teams in converting data into insights and actionable items.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will work in a frontline team for all BI reporting requests from business stakeholders, and will be responsible for solutioning, developing and supporting our BI reporting platform. You will help Symbio in creating a data driven environment by leveraging latest BI tools and technologies.
What you'll do as a Business Intelligence Analyst:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify data sets, and build reporting solutions that meet those requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to assist with data-related issues.
- Develop stable and secure BI reporting solutions.
- Always leave BI artefacts in a better state than they were and ensure your solutions are adequately tested.
- Design generic datasets that can be used by multiple reports / dashboards.
- Actively share knowledge with your entire team
- Identify and escalate issues / risks.
