Committed to delivering remarkable outcomes for both clients and team members, we are seeking a talented individual to take on the key role of Basecamp Leader – Business Development and Delivery Management.

Responsibilities:

As a Basecamp Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our clients and ensuring the operational success of our business unit. Key responsibilities include:

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to continue to add value and make their journey remarkable.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations.

Delivery Management:

  • Operationally manage multiple client journeys, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Drive sustainability by overseeing the long-term success and viability of your Basecamp (business unit).
  • Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Adaptability and Innovation:

  • Pivot when required to address evolving client needs and market trends.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging creative solutions to challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies.

Selection Criteria:

  • Successful client outcomes and looking after people are your key motivators.
  • Proven experience in business development and delivery or program management within the technology consulting industry.
  • Background in program/project management and tech leadership with an agile, value-driven mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sustainable business outcomes.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
