Internal movement within the Finance team in NSW/ACT sees us seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a progressive organisation with a great culture in Sydney.
This role will see you using your previous experience in accounting or other business partnering experience and ability to develop and enhance relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of project financial plans, improved commercial outcomes and drive financial awareness and acumen throughout the project lifecycle.
Working alongside the team of Senior Finance Business Partners to support the team and wider business to deliver key results.
What will a day in this role look like:
- Monitoring the financial performance of projects, conducting project reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive working capital improvement through the Business Unit.
- Analysis of Regional overheads, ensuring cost efficiency and aligning spend to strategy.
- Monthly pipeline/backlog calculations including review of underlying data
- Ad hoc Business Line reporting and trend analysis, including reporting on performance.
