About the role

This opening is for an Admin Officer to join our Freight Team at Karawatha on Brisbane’s Southside immediately
This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:00.
Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks
Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner
Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required
Complete various admin tasks such as Audits, TES Claims, RPS and LH Reports
Order in Uniforms and Stationery where necessary
Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis
