environment. We are now seeking an exceptionally organised, efficient and adaptive individual to join
our Premium Portfolio Service team.

• Full Time Employment (office-based role)
• Office located at Spring Hill
• 8.5 hour days (inc 1 hour lunch)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of our premium service investment
portfolios and assisting with the administration of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) within the service.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data processing
- Maintaining and reconciling client portfolios (cash feeds, stock feeds & supporting documents)
- Providing clients’ Tax Packs each EOFY
- Open and action incoming physical mail
- Manual recording of international trades
- Basic SMSF administration
- Creating new account portfolios & reconstructing investment portfolios
Report to: Director – Portfolio Services

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of their role, possesses excellent organisational
abilities and shows initiative. They will be required to work both autonomously & within a team
environment, so exceptional verbal & written communication skills, client relationship skills and the
ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks are essential. Prior experience in financial services
administration is advantageous given the scope of work you will be learning in a short period of time,
but not required.
