Title:  Site Administrator Job Number:  18002 Location:  Tarro, NSW, AU, 2322 About the M1 South - Blackhill to Tomago project: A joint venture between John Holland and Gamuda Australia has been selected by Transport for NSW to deliver the M1 Pacific Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace Southern Package - a key missing link in one of the country's busiest transport corridors. The $1.029 billion southern package will deliver a 10-kilometre dual carriageway motorway extension between Black Hill and Tomago. There will be 8 bridges that include a 2.6km viaduct and new congestion-busting interchanges at Black Hill, Tarro and Tomago. About the role: The John Holland Gamuda M1 joint venture are recruiting for a Site Administrator to join the team located in our project office in Tarro, Newcastle, NSW. Approximately 30 minutes from Newcastle, CBD. A key role that will provide administrative support to the project, which typically includes tasks such as data entry; the maintenance of financial records; compiling of reports; the processing and completion of forms and stakeholder communications as required. Responsibilities of the role include: Ensure expenses, invoices and timesheets are processed in a timely manner Maintain project security by following procedures and controlling access to the building eg issuing visitor badges and following visitor sign in procedures­ Prepare, review and disseminate month-end reports to appropriate personnel ­Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications relevant to the operations. ­Assist other team members with JH systems and programs. ­Address and respond to internal and external finance enquiries and follow up any outstanding items with the responsible personnel ­Ensure records are filed and archived ­Provide general administrative support as and when required ­Perform all duties in accordance with JH policies,  processes, reporting, systems and procedures To be successful in this key role, you must have: A minimum of 2 years experience working in an administrative position on a project within the Construction or Engineering industry.  Administration and document management practices Accounting and finance experience (desirable) What's in it for you when you join the John Holland Gamuda Joint Venture: Your success is reflected in ours, so we're committed to being an employer of choice.
