Our host employer Moorabool Shire Council are seeking an Operations Administrator Trainee to join a team of likeminded and motivated professionals based in Ballan. THE ROLE:
General administrative tasks across the service unit (assisting with keeping records, fuel smart fill monitoring & all relevant data bases up to date, assist with providing word processing, assist with fortnightly uploading of payroll).
Assist in keeping spreadsheets and other internal documents up to date.
Preparing and distributing internal emails and/or posts.
Preparing purchase orders and requisitions.
Other general administrative duties as appropriate to the role.
THE CANDIDATE
Adaptable mindset.
Enthusiastic about learning with a proactive approach.
Collaborative team member and ability to follow instructions.
Someone who is looking to build their career in administration and learn about functions within the Council's Operations team.
Ability to pass a National Police Check.
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment medical checks.
