Your new role They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join their team. As a Legal Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting their legal professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal department. Responsibilities:

Fee Proposals: Assist the team in drafting proposals.
Receptionist Duties: Answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients in the office.
Client Communication: Assist with client enquiries, follow-ups, and meetings.
Document Management: Document collation and reproduction.
Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate records in our case management system.
General Administrative Tasks: Handling phone calls, emails, and other administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal administration or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a relevant discipline.
Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
