Ensure retention of service contract business
Maintain the service budget
Contract Administration
Interpretation of the contract inclusions
Keeping track of all activity within our CRM
Regular compliance check and follow-up
Data entry, maintenance, and clean-up activities
What you'll need to succeed
Professional phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Efficient processing experience with a high level of accuracy
Science degree or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
Knowledge of CRM and MS Office, including Word and Excel is required
Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate
